| Haus der 111 Biere is a bar, but what a bar. The name says it all, with a menu that seems to never end with frothy offerings from Andechser Bergbock to Zauberer Bier and plenty of alphabetical selections in between. Haus services a predominantly younger crowd as you might expect from an establishment that has no outside beer garden and is in the middle of Munich's Schwabing bohemian district. Better bring plenty of money along, too, since nothing on the menu is less than € 4 and prices rise from there. Still, it's filled with crowded action, smoke, and a din of conversation in many different languages. Anything but boring, Haus der 111 Biere (truth in advertising if there ever were such) still gets 3 beers. | ||||
