To use a credit card to buy one or more books or T-shirts or caps, add your purchases to the shopping cart below. You can select the size and design of the T-shirts you want and the number you want to order. Follow the instructions and you'll complete your order on this page. Shipping and handling is added when you check out and is a flat-rate $4.95 per order, regardless of the number of items. (Canadian customers receive the U.S. shipping and handling rate, non-U.S. customers will be assessed an additonal $6.50 surcharge.)

Orders will be shipped immediately upon electronic confirmation of receipt of payment and will be sent first class or Priority Mail, arriving 3-5 days from the time of your order..
