Our Shipping and Handling Policy and Charges:

We employ an economical flat-rate shipping and handling charge that is cheaper and faster than just about anybody. We send everything by air, whether across the state, the nation or the world. We only charge $4.95 flat rate for any and all items shipped to anywhere in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, including APO and FPO. For foreign destinations we charge an additional $6.50 ($11.45 total), but that too is a flat rate charge, regardless of the number of items ordered. (Overseas shipments may be shipped "surface" if over 3 lbs.) Naturally, the more you order, the cheaper it gets when considering the cost of shipping, especially to areas outside the United States. With regard to transit time, most of our shipments are sent out within 24 hours of a completed PayPal purchase or receiving of a personal check covering the order. All of our shipments are first-class air, and most are U.S. Priority Mail, with a travel time of 2-4 days. We have heard back from customers as far away as the United Kingdom* that they received their order in as little as four days from the time they paid for it. (And that was from Hawaii!) We don't guarantee that rapid an arrival every time, but it is an indication that our shipments literally fly across The Pond in a timely manner. Most foreign shipments arrive within a week. Other businesses on the Internet don't say much about their shipping policy and will send their shipments via third-class media mail if convenient, or via ground transport, as the mailing costs are considerably cheaper. That's a luxury we never had, nor wanted, since we began shipping our orders from Hawaii more than a decade ago and we got used to sending everything by air. We now ship out of California, but old habits are hard to break. Besides, our customers keep telling us how surprised and happy they are to get their books, T-shirts or caps so quickly. We've decided to maintain our shipping policy, regardless of the higher costs we incur to do so. Evidently you like it too, so we'll keep it that way.

*Overseas shipments weighing more than 3 lbs. will normally be shipped surface mail.
